Okay... this next suggestion is going to be a doozy... (note that you may want to kill me for even mentioning this)
1. Old Gamers are going to hunt me down if this got implemented
2. New Gamers are going to have a chance to get Income
3. Njaguar will be able to syphon some of the forum gold
Right, there are a number of reasons why I decided to post this:
1. AoE for casters is an extremelly great add.
2. Alot of the community are endeavouring to increase their Casting Ranks
3. Melee characters do great damage, BUT, they do NOT use mana, so, some think that they should not get rewarded
4. Melee lovers want an upgrade for their rankings, I know I do.
... There are more... but I will leave it at that.
Answer these questions with an open mind:
1. Do you want melee ranks to gain a benefit for your/their hardwork?
2. Do you think that melee characters and their ranks should not have a similare effect as casters since they do not use Mana?
3. Do you want the economy to benefit everyone in the LS community?
... If you have answered Yes to just one of these questions, the suggestion I am about to make,
might make more sense.

Weapons ONLY:
1. Add "Durability" based on number of times this is used by the amount of "Master Quests"
2. Durability will be set: 0 out of
250 Master Quest Attempts (0/250 MQA)
3. Every weapon that a person uses during their levelling process gets tagged, once that character attempts an MQ, it diminishes by 1 durabilty point
4. If you Re-roll your character before MQ, it will
NOT be included... you
MUST attempt an MQ
5. When it reaches: 250/250, this weapon can not be used, but it can be shrined.
Read On Before Auto Voting250 attempts at master quests is pretty high.
With the suggestion of including a durability to weapons, we can look at other things that were mentioned beforehand.
1. Gives more reason to reward the hardwork of the melee builds
2. Removes the excuse about casters losing Mana to cast... note that their Charms are NOT affected by this
3. Benefits the economy of all LS players, whether they are new or old
4. Removes Forum Gold, as new weapons need to be found / sold / purchased
Remember:
1. 250 MQ attempts is quite a feat
2. Re-roll does not effect the durability
3. Removes some of the unspawnables
To me this is balancing out the COMMUNITY as a whole... how many GODLY items are around nowadays?
At least this is not a total lose on items, just weapons of mass destruction...

Okay... come kill me... the front door is open.
