Does prof directly translate to % to megacrit? Is there a diminishing return?

I've heard it's 1 prof to 1% chance ratio, plus amount of people in the group. I don't remember where I read it though.

I'd rather not go by heresay on this one. I'm going to need some hardcore statistical data to back up your assumptions.

so his megacrits are rare
