All chars above starter lvl are like that, and will remain so until Paul says otherwise

as said post above you its a secret for people who have not unlocked yet. even though they can see in cats

You can still see it ingame but people "not eligible" cant see them ingame except for catas and not in the char screen thingy either.

no everyone sees the same thing ....... its a fact
