Oh and this isn't rage topic as it might look like. I'm just trying to have discussion if that really is GM or BM, because he still thinks he has done absolutely nothing wrong.

This is also a suggestion to remove ability to use fish, glymphs & comfreys inside LS PvP



So, don't know if this is count as scam but this truly is as BM as something can be

I dueled vs OhneZucker with 1 fg bet first
I lost the battle, not so huge loss so we decided to have new duel. He wanted to have 50 fg bet, I said it is too much so we had 20 fg bet.

Then we dueled, and when he had under half hp, he started using FISH in duels (not so hard to notice his health bar raising only after it went down to half)

After I lost (what a suprice?), I asked how he got life in middle of battle. He said he had LPK in his gear. Well, I went into his LS dueler char, there wasn't any lpk.
Then he made secound awful excuse, he said he used heal. As you can see, he has tier II heal and 10 mana, so he can cast it once in acc slot (-50% eff, -50% mana so -7 mana per cast) and heals 1 to 10 hp so that wasn't option either.

After a small chat, he admitted he used fish in duels.
I asked him to refund the duel, ofc he didn't do it. He has also blocked me now in jsp etc.

First he wants small wager, duels without fish, raises wager, uses fish and wins. Then when you ask what happened, he lies as much as he can.
Pretty epic scam imo.

So, just to warn you all what kind of person is dueling & stealing other's fgs in LS, don't duel with him.
I'm not going to cry after 20 fg, it isn't such a big fg amout for me. Anyway the whole thing pisses me off

Btw look closr his dueling char, only 12 death. How is that really possible? Because he use fish.. his gear isn't so epic that he would be immortal and died only 12 times ~~
He has also now nice army of fish in his inv now, 50 fish stack & 400 life comfrey. Very GM duels incoming I guess.

If you didn't make a rule about fish before the duel then anything's fair game, in my opinion. Obviously njaguar intended for them to be usable in dueling, because ... they're usable. If you want fish and glyphs removed from dueling that's another matter entirely and you can make that suggestion. I'm not sure enough people duel, though, to care about it.

I doubt that so cleaver way to win duels. More like BM.. or why don't all duelers have 50x fish stack and use them in middle of duels?

anyone who pots in a duel in d2 gets disqued from any league or tournament. its just cheating.

let us know when he refunded u... i might consider unbanning for myself then

edit: w8! did u make rules before? makes slight difference. if u didnt, its just bm, if u did, its a scam in my eyes.
