I voted Yes based on old updates:

Tier III items max is 60%, add in 20% from overspawn = 80%, this is the cap even if you have Prof ranks.

This came about from Unspawns and introducing Overspawns. Basically posted this for newer players and also to get confirmation from older players.

not sure why this is a poll, it's easily proven and yes it's capped.

i will agree a lot of new players have no idea it exists though or why it existed.


in short there are some unspawn items with 200+ee for lower tiers which obviously blast those levels.
presumably for balance reasons as to not make the early levels completely free added the cap. although didn't cap some other things such as stats, so the +50 t1 staff and high stat charms you see will still work

Yeah I think they should just cap all stats to overspawn level and dont include prof in cap.

Might be a bit unfair to those paying a lot for unspawns but just doesnt make sense otherwise.

There is no poll needed for that question. The cap 20ee over max like you said for example 100ee for tier4 up tp 300ee on tier14
