Do you have a dedicated Weller? Do you have more than one?

Are they melee or mage? I'm considering making a character to well with as I tend to find a lot of whites on my climbs.

Also, do I really need magic luck gear? It seems tedious. Can I still pull 200EE items without it?

Selling whites all the time feels more tedious than just chucking them in wells myself without ML. Would I come out better off in the long run selling whites or chucking them periodically without ML?

Since death farming is no more, not so much but i think a few people have characters just for welling.

You can pull 200+ EE item from a well monster, not likely though.

Most people would tell you use any ML gear.

So how do most 150+EE come into the game if not wells? EP? High level monsters?

Old drop system, but some luck out. Seen some mutes range around 140 - 160 recently

Also, can check peoples gear from the profile and it will show the items history. Might be surprised how old items are.

My best drop is 146ee. Been playing on and off since 2007.
Granted there are people find 200+ ee within their first week so...

I well items with all my characters for items to sell (Junks for like 1-10 fg), might get some upgrades or other items for others. However, my main reason for welling is for Prof gain for Weapons / Charms. It sounds stupid, but it helps a lot.

Just use ML gear on last hit as many people stated, this is more likely for side drops as you can tell if the main item dropped in the Well will be good.

Example from experience (in group)... Kalms put in a level 45 Earth charm into the Well when group is only level 35, he got 1 hit killed and we just about lost the entire party, we bridged in higher level characters to kill off the Monster, the charm is 165% EE. Oh, my guild mate is using it to this day ever since Andy gifted it.

As for 200ee items, a person found a 2xx ee armor, you can check the HC Sexy Drop thread, think it was like 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I have found a 208 ee wind lvl 55 on my bufcore 😁 But sold it as I do not need that.
