How do the glass ceilings on unspawns work?


Say I have a 30 dex tier 1,


At what character level do I actually aquire the full effects?
Do you get all stat buffs at lvl 1? Or does every tier have a glass ceiling?


To get the full 30 dex, is character level required?

You get full effect at lvl 1

The only mods that are capped unless i forget about something is; LPA, LPK, MPA, MPK + EE
For these im not even sure if they care hard capped so overspawns doesnt even work, or if they are capped so overspawn works.
But all of these never roll the max amounts anyway, so it's kinda hard to test out ^^

haha yeah you're right (forgot the most important stat in the game...), but that doesnt get unlocked the higher lvl u go tho, that's just capped to it's tier+overspawn

Is there somewhere I can read-up about overspawn or do you mind explaining how it works when you have a moment?
I've been curious about how exactly it works, what the overspawn maxes are, etc

Unspawn = unspawnable = CANNOT HAPPEN ANYMORE

Overspawn = Max for the tier of an item +1 tier
Saying a lvl 5 item (tier IV) = max 80ee, but overspawn of this could roll up to 100ee
