You should be able to skill on different characters of the same core. Its pointless to not be able to. I'm sure this has been suggested before, but whatever.

Softcore skilling would be on all softcore characters. The same would apply to hardcore. They wouldn't be joined.

I just find it pointless that skilling is not this way. Nobody is going to skill the same skill on a different character on the same core. It is 100% pointless.

If your soloing a character and you find mutables, you shouldn't have to transfer to a different character to mute. If your regening and want to fish, you should be able to.

Game would be much more fun having the ability to turn any item into an essence or glyph without the bullshit skill challenge and proficiency

I'd fish more, if my fishing prof was like this.
I haven't skilled at all this ladder cuz I never passed on my main toon. No point in fishing when ur mains got prof.. but not even off feeder.
