All in all it's hard to say. Idk a build that would need this combo and not want skills as well. But there are sorc builds that don't need FCR in glove slot and they'd use res gloves apparently. If I had to guess this could be a few hundred. Maybe 200-300 to right person. Can't pin point it exactly but that's my best guess. GLWS!
