Regardless of that, stats are not good enough, both worthless

i know that and i dont believe the divine scepter is worthless, it absolutely could be made into an Honor (for lld)

You dont use honor for blessed hammer, you make spirit sword. Honor is a cheap melee runeword, you make it out of eth items.

And none of these items are 3skill so ofc they are worthless

honor is 5os even if someone wanted to make it, so as the others stated, both worthless
