idk if this would be good... 17% ed is super low, basically nothing... i think +str would be better for LLD

20% ED is max for Sub level 30 Dueling. Strength is not better, and is also a Suffix, not a Prefix.
All good, not spam, its fine, I'm not that serious on here. It would be worth quite a bit more if it was 20ed/15max, but oh well.
