My last thread broke out in arguments with everyone nitpicking that it's not near perfect because its 23/24 fhr and 8/10 dmr which is near perfect 1 off and 2 off for example lol {even though I claimed Near perfect roll of attributes and stats never perfect anything } You could even argue that it is the perfect roll of attributes. So new thread lets keep it businesss and be nice to each other.
GL to everyone, Perfect for your Nova Sorc, Java Zon and Trapper, ill just explain a few things for those who are new why these stats are preferable and why for example a saunders with Perfect:

The FHR Inventory Unlock: Hitting
23% FHR on a single inventory asset instantly lets you remove
two 12% FHR Grand Charms or
five 5% FHR Small Charms while still hitting your high breakpoints. You can now replace them with pure Skill/Life Grand Charms or 20 Life Small Charms, adding up to an extra
+90 Base Life before Battle Orders even scales it.

+46 Life keeps your health pool completely safe and charm replacements you can easily add another 500 to your total life.
OK enough of me talking: people who know what we got here don't need explanations and may have other ideas how to change up their inventories and free up their char just from this one charm
