It's a pack at least for the Tal Rasha's Set, Monarch at 35 % FCR, and Gloves 20% FCR. Because it's why this is an OP build for the money. 105 FCR, huge MF.

1K3 with eth insight, if you want eth double eth head striker I got. If you need Treachery and Vampire Gaze or arreat's face I got.

Btw it's S tier so far if you know how to build a Sorceress (1 point in cold mastery == you don't know how to build a blizz sorceress).

I kill diablo Clone in 2sec. I'm not selling this to make an other cold sorceress because it's just godly Tal rasha's blizz sorceress (the def, the mf, the all resist, the fcr at 8 frames, the all skills the +15 cold damages) etc...

So people stop to dream about Shaco... It makes no sense.

I'm gonna explain the Blizz Build hope it helps:

The goal is to go to -195 all resistance at cold mastery so Diablo Clone got 95% resist cold. 95- 195 = -100. You can go below 0, to - 100. So you got a Blizzard at 8k and -195 cold mastery... so you are doing 200% damages. 16k blizzard + crazy ice blast between each blizzard every 8 frames.

There is 0 point in fire in my build just the point of tal rasha's, no warmth.

Just TP and Static field.

Then everything for blizzard, synergy ,1 point in frozen orb, put cold mastery at -195.

Everywhere I'm listening errors about cold build... In stream(Twitch), there, in game...

So for me it's the best blizz build in PvP + PvM.
