Offering 5 fg for 200+ fg items is considered spam. Offering 55 for a 10k ask is just disrespectful. Come on man you cannot play victim here.
I agree, so many lowball offers is bad-mannered. Be fortunate its only 10 percent warn. But he's not the only one who does it, maybe not as regular I suppose.
