Any decent res+mf charms ??

Hey bro, I checked my list for boots with MF + resists, preferably with Cold Res.

Here are the best options I would recommend:

#54 — Pain Shank Chain Boots
0 FRW | Total Res 67 | LR 38 | CR 29 | 10 FHR | +3 Dex | 24 MF | Req Lvl 23 | Req Str 30
This is probably the best caster/MF option. It has high Lightning Res, almost 30 Cold Res, 10 FHR, +3 Dex, and perfect/max rare boot MF at 24. No FRW, but very useful if you are teleporting.
Bin at : 300 fg

#12 — Skull Stalker Boots
0 FRW | Total Res 79 | LR 16 | CR 26 | PR 37 | 23 MF | Req Lvl 18 | Req Str 0
Good tri-res MF option with 23 MF, Cold Res, high Poison Res, low required level, and no strength requirement. Lightning is lower, but the total package is nice for MF/res.
Bin at : 250 fg

#9 — Wraith Track Boots
10 FRW | Total Res 56 | FR 19 | CR 22 | PR 15 | 73 EG | 24 MF | Req Lvl 13 | Req Str 0
Nice low-level MF/farming option. It has perfect/max rare boot MF, some Cold/Fire/Poison res, Extra Gold, and a little FRW. More budget-friendly than the stronger pairs.

#37 — Storm Tread Boots
20 FRW | Total Res 55 | CR 29 | PR 26 | 25 MF | Req Lvl 16 | Req Str 0
Good budget option if Cold Res matters. It has 20 FRW, almost 30 Cold Res, Poison Res, and very high MF. Low required level and no strength requirement make it easy to use.
Bin at : 200 fg

#38 — Wraith Track Boots
20 FRW | Total Res 45 | FR 16 | LR 29 | 24 MF | Req Lvl 23 | Req Str 0
This one does not have Cold Res, but it is a good cheap MF/res option with 20 FRW, 24 MF, and some Lightning/Fire res.
Bin at : 150 fg

#35 — Cruel Brogues Boots
20 FRW | Total Res 73 | FR 37 | CR 36 | 9 MF | Req Lvl 18 | Req Str 0
This one has lower MF, but it is one of the best Cold Res options with 20 FRW. It has strong Cold/Fire res, low required level, no strength requirement, and some MF.
Bin at : 325 fg

My personal recommendation:

1. #54 Pain Shank — best MF/res caster option with high LR + almost 30 CR.
2. #12 Skull Stalker — best tri-res MF option.
3. #37 Storm Tread — best FRW + Cold Res + high MF budget option.
4. #35 Cruel Brogues — best Cold/Fire option if MF is not the main priority.
5. #38 Wraith Track — cheapest useful MF/res temp.
