This is my best premium tri-res option with 30 FRW, strong total res, MF, and no strength requirement.

#10 — Stone Tread Boots
0 FRW | Total Res 105 | Req Lvl 26 | Req Str 0 | +15 AR | +4 Dex | Cold Res 40 | Lightning Res 36 | Fire Res 29 | +1 Light Radius | Self-repair
This is the highest total-res pair I have. No FRW, but very strong if you are teleporting or mainly need to stack resistances.
Bin at : 650 fg
