Need a level 97+ to gamble 100 Amulets for me.

isn't the cap at lvl 94?

lvl 96 here if needed? is there a difference?

I just need a minimum ilvl of 92, and it’s +4 / -5 from character level

afaik, gambling amus at lvl 94+ is what's needed for +2 skills and 20fcr

and a lvl 92 can make games with terrorzone 94 and pick amus and rings from there

When gambling, it’s half your char lvl + half the ilvl. I’m only level 88, so I need a 92+ amulet to gamble with.

A gambled item can roll +4 levels from your char level when it’s gambled, or -5.

So to get 92 I need a 97 toon

i guess i should do that push to 95 then, apparently 10% chance for a gambled amulet to be less than 90 ilvl at lvl 94

wont they just keep the good ammy's and use some of their own gold to get a few cruddy one's to replace em?

It's 5m gold not 5b. Chances a good amy is gambled is slim to none.
