Wtf is this? i cant even get on there website

if you try to log on and it gives you

"Server is undergoing maintenance" = banned acct.

if you think i'm kidding, log on a different account and you will log on fine.

this is a ss of an acct of mine that got banned for "payment fraud" (permanent block. blocked since 3/29/06. pulling some strings with k2 atm so i can at least get my old items off of it.)

^ if you are getting that message, then tough luck.


as for the site, k2 is cheap as hell (if you didn't notice) so the server was probably down

but if you simply were not able to connect to the login server or your appropriate server then you are fine. K2 has been taking the servers down quite a bit recently (valentine's day event). It should be better now

Also, remember that there is a weekly maintenance every Tuesday that starts at 5:00 PM. The servers are taken down and stay down for at least 4 hours (usually ends up 5-6 hours). It was longer this Tuesday as they were releasing the new patch for the Valentine's Day event as well. They took down the servers again yesterday to adjust the "chocolate" drop rate for the event. It should be okay now.

how can i be banned i just joined 3 days ago...

new patch is out
and it mostly takes a "few" hours to change the current version.
since with the new patch, a new event is going on,
it took longer then normal

its back up now

he's banned. i spoke with him further

you don't get that message during maintenance. during maintenance they take down the servers and you get "Failed logging into Login Server"

he gets the same message as above.

he still can't log in and the patch was released on tuesday. he tried numerous times on thursday. server went down sporatically on thursday but i was actually in-game as he tried and got the same message.

Server is undergoing maintenance. Please try again later. => banned account.

i know you have been playing this game for a while but i think you are sorely underestimating how long i've been playing this game as well

If this game banned me screw its not worth playing... i only played once with that account and logged one got to lvl 5 logged off and bam wtf?

P.S Me and Siamese were supposed to be doing a trade the other day,he was getting that message,while I could log into the servers with no problems.So this supports the ban theory.
