I'm not sure about exact going rates but if you google for ko4life forum its at gamers4life or something, and they've got a market place section that gets some detailed ingame prices. If you also post like "Ive got xx amount of gbs, I plan to play this char, what gear can I afford thats best?" People will respond but make sure you post what server..as for maps I'll look around and see if I can't find any. I know there used to be boss-spawn maps.
