i started this game like 2 days ago and i found that im unable to turn in quests

is this just me (ie. i did something weird and therefore i cant turn them in) or does everyone else have this problem?

I'm having the same problem atm didn't have it a couple of hours ago...

Now when I try to get my reward itsays the same thing as when I want to accept the quest

happens to me sometimes too actually. But then ill try again a little later and it will work.
