I don't want to make a paper mage like all the builds i have found suggest. I want to know what the damage difference between all the elements and and which is best. I am not too interested in a combo build. I would like to stick to one element only. Maybe this is my noobness showing but w/e. Comment and lmk all thoughts plz! Thx!!!

I would put all your points into Fire, and then anything leftover into Glacier.

That build is the best for starting mages, and Fire spells do the most damage.

Slow enemies from far away with a Glacier spell, and then use Fire to kill

vouch this, im a lvl 65 mage.

I definantly suggest making a pet magician. (completes)
Ill tell you my build. I can tank x2 rogues without dying for a very long time, and most of the time I kill one of the rogues.

Over 1k Defence, 4.5K Health, and I drop 800 DMG Novas in PVP (I KS A Shitload with it in war, Lots of NPZ, Just Bomb the crowds)

If you just started then I wouldnt even worry about that gear right now, but it's good to aim for.

Just do your quests and wear the war pauldron, until you get a higher lvl and can farm good items to sell in merchant.

i would join AoE parties in the graveyard in elmorad.

at lvl 32 you get your first AoE and the exp is fast.

Graveyard until at least 45+.

After you get your second Aoe and are fairly good at aoeing (as you should be by now)
PM if you need some tips on aoeing (I have a mage and love it )
Then you should try for harpy parties. They are somewhat tough for low levels but there is usually 60+'s at the harpies.
If you are weak it is tough to get into a party, so if you do not get accepted into harpies, theres always acceptence at graveyard at least .
After you get 60+ youll want to goto eslant for FC/CW (Falcons/Crimsom Wings)
Youll ABSOLUTELY SHIT YOURSELF at the xp these give you haha.
