HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Acquire a Character Seal Scroll on a character you don't want to trade (this part is important). Visit the inn-hostess and choose the option for "Seal Character." You will then be given the choice to seal either of the other two characters on your account.
Remember to choose wisely! This is not a decision that can be reversed!
Once your decision is made and you choose to accept, that character will be magically stored within an item called a Cypher Ring. Now simply trade the character to any of your friends. The magic happens when your friend unseals the character (also at the inn-hostess). Upon doing so, that character will from now on exist on the receiver's account and only on the receiver's account. Once again, make absolutely sure that you want to seal the character you are choosing, because this process will not be reversed.

The steps to trade a character via a Cypher Ring:- Create a thread in this forum and in the title or description note that you are using a Cypher Ring.
- Include all relevant details in your thread that will match up with the character you are trading.
--- NOTE: In case there are any discrepancies after the trade is complete, you should obtain screenshots of your character and provide them to the Mediator before you have the buyer send the forum gold. - Purchase a character seal scroll from the Power Up Store.
- Seal one of your OTHER two characters at the inn-hostess (at which point the Character Seal Scroll will become the Cypher Ring).
- Hit the Request Mediator link at the top of your thread.
- Once a Mediator has said they are available, have the buyer send the forum gold to the Mediator.
- Once the Mediator has confirmed they are holding the forum gold, you are safe to trade the Cypher Ring to the buyer.
- Have the buyer confirm in your thread that they have obtained the Cypher Ring from you.
- At this point, the Mediator will send you the forum gold and the trade will be complete.
