on the account is a level 55 close to 56 rogue named BountyHunter58 I used for ardream.

A warrior I am not sure what level full fp +7 health gear with +8 shield to health, (tank).

1:700k is a very bad ratio
When this game was popular the standard ratio was 1:1mil
