come on people fix my problem with ur knowledge

I jsut made a new account new email and shit and it still is doing this
its something else but dosent have to do with being banned cause i neevr used any mods or hacks or anything i jsut started the game lol

close your antivirus ,
redownload the game
restart your comp
clean up your comp
install video / sound drivers

i dont need to download video drivers or sound i already was playing the game

i already tried redownloading game and client and tried turning off firewall
so this soluation wont work

thing that gets me is i just started and played up to lvl 36 and out of no were it just gives me this error when i try to log in

You are logging from a different country that the account is registered to. You have to update your region in your mykol. You can update your region 3 times with premium and only 1 time with non-premium.

i made the account on my computer and only made it like a month ago i started the game lvled my char to like 30-40 something and one day it randomly said that

i tried to change region even tho its on my normal region (CANADA)
then i decide to try to make a new account and attempt it and same thing dont work and wont let me change region

i have no idea how to fix this

i want it fix
