the pet does auto just grab everything, but mainly ur pet can get anything from where ur standing with ur aoes. as long as u dont kill then run a mile away it will loot. and the pet runs to each individual chest so it takes a little time. itll loot as much as it can while the chests r still open, it usually can loot 7-10 chests be4 they disappear.
