If you don't understand something do you quickly dismiss it as false?

I'm finding a lack of educated questioning in the world today. Internet has dulled people's senses to the truth. While championing ignorance in blinded acceptance.

Do you question new topics and expend every resource to determine if they are the truth?

The basis of religion was founded upon this: something people can’t explain so they chalk it up to “God.” This is why the Greeks had a God for everything.

I never dismiss anything as false if I don’t understand it. If I don’t understand it I may do my own research into better understanding the topic at hand or question.

But sometimes questions are just outside of our current understanding

Yes - it’s the hoard mentality. Someone told me this so it’s true and scary so now I fear it and will abide and conform
