Vietnam a country within the last 50 years, which has been invaded numerous times over the last few centuries and war torn, now out of war have exponentially grown in both economics and education.

Poor countries get out of war and made it happen.

Lets look at any african country or hispanic countries

Check the prison rate and test scores on both IQ test and standardized test by race and maybe something will click and you see a patern

Shows that asians are inherently smarter than most other race. White man is not too far behind, but still behind atleast incrementally.
