Not too long ago, I had made a call to set up an appointment for my father at a nearby hospital. The hospital's AI agent telephone reception thingy appeared to be malfunctioning. After several attempts, I physically went to the hospital and they immediately gave me an appointment date for my father. Their AI Agent may evolve. But while it is learning, I am certain a lot of people who do not have the luxury of driving to the hospital to make an appoint will lose out.
