Wow! Different pockets of lifestyles and communities to explore.
"Walmart is the first traditional retailer to surpass a $1.05 trillion market capitalization, making it the 12th most valuable company in the world. The founding Walton family owns roughly 45% of the company, giving them a combined net worth of over $460 billion, making them the richest family globally."
I remember when Walmart Canada was launched. Within weeks not years, you could see small mom and pop shops closing down. Walmart is convenient. But, as like Amazon, it destroys small businesses which are at the heart and centre of towns and smaller cities.
But, damn! Their prices are low. Sheesh.
