1. You should try and buy the guild "guilds are gay"

2. You are opening up to a bunch of offers you don't want. People give away guilds for just the transfer fee and name change (nothing to the user). Even guilds that have a decent amount of Guild points. It's cheaper for the owner to sell for nothing than it is to delete it.
