As like with cars, motorcycles, or musical instruments, I do feel an attachment to the two Voyagers. They are our cosmic emissaries. Long after all of the life that Earth is host to will be gone, the two Voyagers may just be the only people-made objects that tell any entity that finds them that we had once existed. They are more than just space probes in that sense.
