I love this time of the year when there has been lots of wind, rain, and then bright, bright sunshine. It is when insects of all types start to make their comeback. I may be annoyed at ants which make it to our kitchen, but I love seeing them hustle about in the grass and on trails as they either rebuild their catacombs or when they are building new ones.
