Coffee, as far as I can tell, calms me and helps me to sleep. I have a hot cup of coffee about 15mins before sleep and I notice that I sleep better. Less stirring about. Do any of you experience the same kooky coffee thang?

I recently quit drinking it after drinking it daily for over ten years headache only lasted a day I thought it was gonna be much worse. I've now quit everything cept the cigs
