As men who own pick-up trucks get older, do they stay honest with and honour the changes that their bodies are going through by swapping out the shorter hanging metal male pouch, those thingies that they hang on their tow hitches, to lower hanging ones that better reflect their age? I have always wondered that.

As men age, their pouch tends to lower. This is a natural part of the aging process and is not a cause for concern. The pouch, which holds the two 'items', starts to sag due to changes in the surrounding tissues, such as skin laxity and the loss of elasticity. This sagging is often accompanied by a reduction in testosterone production and in those 'swimming thingies' production, but it is a normal part of aging.
So, I am going to try to keep an eye out on older drivers of pick-up trucks. I want to see if they stay true to their physiological changes by swapping out the tighter metal pouch that they hang on their tow hitches for ones which reflect their actual age group, e.g, lower hanging metal pouches.
