In cases like this you can PM a senior mod. It's supposed to be 24hrs or less. When it's a week+, you have to ask cause someone forgot and messed something up.

I know it says not to PM staff, but that's what people get told to do when they ask this in GH.

Im sure this thread will be shut down. But it makes zero sense for us to have to request removal, only to be waiting with zero idea why d2jsp decision makers are taking so long

Mistakes happen. They work for free. You can't expect perfection.

Most times when I've seen this happen and they PM a mod, it gets solved very quickly.

They like me to see your warn.

The auto message should say, if not removed within 24 hours contact sr staff.

It could definately be updated and worded better.

It's the same with when you get suspended, if you have any questions, post in General Help. But when you do, you just get told to PM a senior mod. The message should just say to PM a senior mod with questions, but they never update it.

Definitely PM them.
