With a standing desk, you will do some standing. It's odd at first. Yet, once you find your right desk and monitor height, it feels good to be able to move about and do some stretches. We could not afford the nice ones which have four legs and are super stable. Yet, the one we got on a clearance sale is not bad. Not perfect, but not bad at all.
