I am watching a talk on one of those living in a simulation hypotheses. What I had not thought of, which not thinking of things is one of my masteries, and which was shared by the interviewee: If we are living in a simulation, the bodies/avatars that we are using to represent ourselves in the simulation may not look anything like who we are outside of the simulation. We may not even be human beings. My little mind just exploded.
