I've experienced some of this. On COD and other games like Apex. Lately been playing arc raiders though and it doesn't seem to have a lot of the gameplay issues. It does however have some toxic social issues.
Yes, cod is ovbious the worst. It's litterally unplayable for me.
It's like paying the same price for a car like everyone else, only urs is missing a engine, so you have to push it around.

First i got eomm nerfed due to:
- High headshot%(double sniper setup warzone almost every game), remaining setups = Ballistic knife and crossbow based, which are highly benefitial to land in head/neck as well.
- High report ratio (early quickscoping with none meta build for increased ADS and speed in general, at the cost of velocity)
- High ragequit ratio for enemies.
Then i raged when my sniper stopped one tapping while others was allowed to one tap. Also loss of aim assit 50% of duels.
So i exsposed it with 300 video clips, and like 15k comments + ingame via mic + ingame via chat.
Which lead to constant nerf.
In warzone 1(it started after vanguard integration) : Leaving for 2-3 weeks would reset.
In warzone 2: Nerfed already in mw2022 beta. Only purchase would reset. Purchase = 3 days glory period, then nerfed to the ground.
Warzone mw 2023: Bought vault edition, early success, later super nerf. Purchase = 3 days glory period.
Warzone Bo6: Did not buy, always nerfed, never above 0 in skill value.
Warzone Bo7: Bought game, 2-3 days of fun multiplayer, then unplayable nerfed levels. Season 1, wanted to have success, bought bundle. 1 evening of no nerf, then nerfed to the ground, and game removed my favourit marksmann rifle which i one tapped with the day before.
