Turkey or ham?

Welcome to GC oh young Jedi Knight (Nov24 join). Have fun and stay safe.
Ham for me. Smoked is even better. Now, I am hungry.
Turkey has some molecule (tryptophan) in its meat that makes us sleepy.

When it comes to the holidays, I prefer a nice cooked ham.

When it comes to everyday eating food, 97% lean ground turkey meat can't be beat. You can buy it at walmart or most other places. You use it the same way that you would use ground beef, except it has basically no fat and is super healthy as a result. There's no grease to drain when you're done cooking it. Can make so many things with it, burritos/tacos, lasagna, spaghetti, sloppy joe, hamburger helper, chili, etc. Once you switch, your arteries will be thanking you. The taste is basically the same since you'll be seasoning it with sauces and other stuff.

Turkey sausages are also goated. Get a turkey sausage, wheat bun, and cook some onions and peppers (can be bought frozen). Put some mustard on it with the onions and peppers and you've got a great little lunch/snack that is also healthy, and it has a good unique taste. Turkey is truly amazing.

Mind you, I have been dreaming of finding a place that is reasonably nearby so as to have an authentic roast beef sandwich on rye. It's been a long time for me.

Hamlappen | Brabant pork | €11.99 per kilo

Dutch steak: around €28-30 per kilo.
Round steak: around €34-36 per kilo.
Tenderloin steak: from €64 per kilo, depending on the quality.
German steak: around €19.70 per kilo (from the farm).
Sirloin steak: around €26.99-36.00 per kilo.
Rib-eye steak: around €29.99-35.00 per kilo.

I like Stewed meat €14 to €17.78 -

You supposed to cook the meat not eat it raw. Do you not have a gas stove?
