How about the cities though? Surely you don't have coyotes running around the big cities? In America where I lived, we didn't have any stray dogs, only cats. Animal control would get any stray dogs if there was any.
Well, it depends if there are large green spaces with trees and places for them to sleep in and raise their young which are not alleyways. Some cities have huge green spaces as a part of their makeup.
Yet, they are mostly in the burbs surrounding cities. And, more so, where the burbs are near to large forests and farmlands which is where we are. A few weeks ago, I went out front at about 3am to get some fresh air and a dark fur coyote walked by. It felt like a film scene as it was dark and the coyote looked like it was in searching mode.
