Up till 5am packing out an elk, ought to get a new hunting group these older guys ain't what they used to be. BIG BULL DOWN, wasn't me but my dad killed one on some private property he has access to. Didn't weigh my packs on this pack out but I'd be willing to bet the last trip I took with the head and last rear quarter was pushing 230lbs. My dad and his buddies stayed at the truck drinking whiskey while I slaved away on getting his 800-1000lb bull out of the woods. Last minute last night old man got er done



Done rifle hunting after this year for good. I'll be slinging arrows till I'm too old to do so. Got shot at twice during deer season and could've easily ended up in prison, but decided to throw down instead to fire a round back at em

Are you wearing bright camo? Because deer are colorblind and it helps vs those trigger happy drunken hunters

Admittedly I wasn't, but they were shooting a rifle from the road(illegal) at an illegal deer (poaching). I was in line with said deer and only about 20 yards behind them, they fired 3 rounds 2 of which went over the deer and over my head and presumably into the guys shop that was behind me. Third shot hit the deer and it ran within 2 feet of me while I was laying in the dirt because I dropped like a sack of potatoes when I saw them step out and point a rifle at me. Long ordeal ensued I started marching down the gated road I was on towards them and turns out it's a dude his wife and their two kids. Long story a bit shorter I was talking shit calling them idiots for doing what they did and I called the dudes wife a dumb cunt and he shoved me knocking my rifle in the dirt and I started swinging. Dude got arrested I ended up with the deer and I think his kids got their licenses taken
