This includes high quality posts and threads. To many slop eaters in the world who consume and settle for mediocrity.
Low quality juans, low effort replies, shitty products from China, bad relationships, spending time playing garbage and watching terrible movies.

Today I thought we focus on good-great quality products that you have found. The products that you can say best money I ever spent. Usually when you read or watch reviews its a paid sponsorship, or normies who bought a product for the first time and think its the best thing since sliced bread.

No I am talking talking about professionals or veterans who have been using high end tools or products for +10years and can confidently say which product is fantastic and which are garbage. So hopefully you have some experience in using said product and can articulate why is great and share it here.

Just a side note: there is no such thing as the best as that depends on the user, application and different meta. But there are products which usually stand out from the rest and I want to focus on those.

I'll start

Now there are a bunch of headlamps out there for different needs and applications but in terms of general purpose not much beats Nitecore nu 25
Its ultra light weight 1.59oz or 45g which feels like nothing. It provides plenty of light either hicking at night or finding car keys in the dark. USB c rechargeable battery that will last up to 45hr on low.
This is good quality torch that is beloved by many and is always in top 3 reviews. And its cheap which is very rare for a product of this quality. I have owned several other brands like pretzel, black diamond, olight, etc and this has been the best ive found in terms of features.
The only other headlamp that surprised me was night buddy and I dont normally even look at those cheap brands. But nightcore definitely is the winner. There is plenty more I can say why its the best but ill leave it at that.

I think people who carry a knife should stop carrying gas station quality knives that cost $20 when they could spend like $60 (or more) and get one that actually has quality steel and parts that will last a life time.

Agree 100%. You have a knife you like? There are thousands of knife reviews online personally I dont have a pocket knife since I dont really use one to justify carrying it. Had a Leatherman but gave it away for that very reason.

i collected cigarette butts from the street, and rolled my first

usb-c rechargeable plasma lighter with flashlight at the bottom of it to pick up those cig butts at nighttime, dont need to bring that fancy smartphone for light, it does the flashlight too, and smaller, more stealth

I have several, im a bit of a collector. A few personal favorites are my kizer cormorant, civivi baby banter and benchmade mini crooked river. Ive carried the cormorant every day at work for the last 3 years or so.

I always try to explain to people that there are several budget friendly brands that make high quality stuff. Kizer, civivi, vosteed, hell even Kershaw sometimes

I've heard good things about benchmade. If you had to recommend a slim profile edc pocket knife that could cut an apple or make a point on a stick with a grippy handle what would you suggest?

Carrying a knife with one at all times...I can't imagine living this way. I'd just get a pepper spray if you're that worried

The crkt ceo is super slim and decent grip really slicy and affordable. Depends on your budget tho. The benchmade mini crooked river is expencive but fits description as well. Middle of the road and what probably best fists your description would be the Kershaw iridium

Worried about what? I carry a gun for self defense not a knife.
