Tried that years ago. Felt too early to lift.

Do so much better in afternoons and evenings.

I also prefer early mornings.
Got to get the blood flowing to start the day right.
Don't eat before you workout.

mostly just been taking 15.5 or 16 mile (25.7495 kilometer) rides but going to start taking 20 to 40 mile rides in the future (64.3738 kilometer rides). Going to start the longer rides in the next 2-4 weeks.

I normally only eat 1 organic kiwi before the gym (but I ran out of kiwi's)

So going to eat a small handful of pistachios today probably.

11:30pm - 3am is my preferred time to lift helps me have a quick power nap before the new day begins.
