Ah! Your bodies and minds need rest. I cannot tell someone else what they ought to do, but there are studies which show that rest and even experiencing boredom are good for your mind and body. The suggestions are to not be "on" or "go go go" all the time. Mind you, I need to rest and laugh and be bored from time to time or I am of no use to clients. :blush:

I'm a stay at home mom full time so I literally have no choice lol
(And yes trolls I know I chose this lol)
