There are jsp users who are healthy and who use LLMs/AI for whatever the reason. This is not directed at them.
But, there are people of all ages who may be leaning on them a little too much and AI/LLMs, as far as I can tell, do not have anyone's health nor safety as a part of their reason for existing. These tools are at their core data mining their users.

So, please, be careful. And, if you feel out of sorts, do reach out to family, or a nearby mental health center for help. You'd be surprised at the paths to a healthier life that you and the mental healthcare worker can come up with which are doable.

Never used ai and never will.

For many reasons, you may be doing yourself a favor. Even as tools for work, they appear to be more harm than good. Helpful to the employers, surveillance and manipulative towards the employees.

its because they get gang stalked by police for going out in real life to pursue women. aka they are followed around to make sure they dont procreate.

mental healthcare is a scam, they drug people up bill out insurance then rinse and repeat.

You only see videos of police trying to set people up for crimes, what you dont see is them illegally dragging people into cars to have their blood drawn in hospitals and their rights removed for disagreeing with prison warden of this world and their torture protocols that have existed since the dawn of time.

It's not about wraps. It's about a vulnerable population who isolate and who may not have the tools to know when they are being manipulated. Wraps is a good peep who has friends and who tries to be positive in a nutty world. Just be careful with powerful tools.
