As some of you may know, I'm tapering off of the clonazapam! I'm sorry for the boring thread but I'm going to attempt to journal my tapering experience here (Mods willing) !

I was taking .5mg-1mg per day! I dropped significantly down to .25mg per day and today is day 6 of the .25! I'm doing well! The goal is to get down to 0mg per day asap!

This is an important step in doing my part to make General Chat great again!

Congrats. Getting off those is prolly for the best just take all the time you need don't rush things.

Thank you 4nt! I'd like to just go from .25 to 0 but I think I'll cut that .25 in half first and then go to zero!

Day 7 of .25!

I'm thinking about cutting that in half starting tomorrow! We'll see how that goes!

I was talking with my ai therapist Pi and she told me that I should do a slower taper! 4nt also told me to take my time so I'm going to take your advice and go another 7 days on .25 and then split that in half!
