Cereal w/ slices of banana for me!
I would add a scoop of ice cream on the side, but we're out!
Have a groovy new week to all!

Wow, a good question between the two.

If i do have breakfast, its on the weekends and eggs. With some fruit.

Not bananas though.

plain greek yogurt + rolled oats + fruit

I recommend upgrading the regular oats for granola with oats in it.
Big recommend making your own that matches your seasonal fruit.

Peach season caught a tasty cinnamon granola.

Winter sprinkles cranberry granolas and citrus on the side

Spring falls granola with inspirational rosebuds and lavender with vanilla & fucktons of local strawberries 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓 🍓

my hangup with granola is its usually high in sugar / ultra processed

to your point i have thought of trying to make some myself because rolled oats gets old

i was using bobs red mill muesli for a while but realized it was 75% oats that i was paying about $5 a week for
