I did not realize that that punching/kicking bag can be bolted down. I had wondered if filling the bottom with sand or whatever it requires was enough. Bolting it down makes more sense. Knowledge is a reason to quickly head to the freezer for a scoop or two of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. :blush:

It's actually not bolted down! It has suction cups on the bottom! I think it can take 250lbs of sand! :)

Ah, cool. Not that I ought to be a know it all, but be careful with tiles being pulled up if the bag swings a bit out of its balance point. Like at those moments where you get your superpowers due to some mystical event. :ph34r:
And, I think the Ben & Jerry's has now disappeared. :blush:

Oh those suction cups don't even stick lol! I don't usually hit the bag hard enough to move it too much anyway! It's mostly for coordination training! Hence the mask lol! :lol:

I hope nobody broke into your house and stole your Ben and Jerry's! :(
