Have you compared to your wifes insurance plan to see if it would be cheaper to swap.
Seems pretty cheap for 4 people tbh.
Spam your HSA if that fits you better, keep all the receipts.

Every two weeks. The only time I don't pay is that magical time of the year when payday happens to be three times in a month.

That's actually coming up, at least for me. 3 paychecks before having to pay rent. Happens twice a year. Usually around this time and then again in or around December.
