No, because it's full of sugar. Buy clean beans (white, black, kidney, whatever), flush'em well, cook'em in a little bit of oil, fresh tomatoes. Cut out the stalk point of the tomato, slice'em in discs, put them in the oil early with the beans, let them "melt". Remove the skin as it melts and skin becomes loose. Add onions n garlic, you get basic tomato sauce for pasta n meatBAALs or chicken or tikka or tandoori masala or whatever. Smoked paprika powder, salt, pepper, basil.
So easy. N you don't have to deal with that ultra processes sauce n sugar.
But i used to eat'em before. Because i was uncritical. I could eat ^^ Like Hank Hill says ^^ N cheese DOGGO'S ^^ The ultimate hangover dish. But ... take 1/3 of this amount ^^ N lose 50 pounds... It's the difference.
